This foundational training will be offered in-person at the studio. We will provide a comprehensive toolkit of skills that will deepen your personal practice and understanding, lay the foundation for teaching, and the fundamentals of the sacred subject of yoga. We will cover asana, alignment, teaching methodology, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy and Sanskrit.
