This class introduces teens to yoga and meditation. They will learn a variety of postures and styles to keep teens actively engaged and challenged. Teens will develop emotional stability, self-esteem, concentration with deep breathing, and relaxation techniques. Teens will learn to energize their bodies and calm their minds; thus, they will approach their lives with a fresh, positive outlook and a strong sense of self-worth and confidence in their body and mind.
