Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Wolfgang

This class allows both new and experienced students to work with restorative asanas (postures) and the breath.  Poses are taught in a systematic manner, using yoga props as needed to help one gently stretch, strengthen, balance and energize. This class is beneficial to students with minimal flexibility to learn and move with more ease.  Meditation is practiced after gentle yoga sequence.
