Experience the immense healing benefits of Iyengar Yoga. Start your journey toward a vibrant and holistic approach to mental and physical health through the practice of asanas (postures) accessible to everyone.

Our sequence will guide us from standing asanas to forward extensions, lateral extensions, gentle backbends and to deeper backbends. The backward extensions will be introduced in an accessible manner for everyone.

Practicing backward extensions activate and stimulate the adrenal glands. In forward extensions the adrenal glands are pacified. This balance is very important for maintaining a mental balance.
