Join me to learn which actions you need to safely do headstand and which poses help prepare the body and mind. Learn the value of using the wall as a tool and how to refine the pose once you’re balancing. This workshop is geared toward yoga students with some experience, who are currently practicing headstand and for students who would like to learn to practice headstand.
