Seasonal change, stress and diet all can have effects on our respiratory system. In spring, our respiratory response has new challenges ranging from pollen and mold to sudden shifts in the weather and the ailments associated with them. As a result, many people suffer from intercellular congestion of the respiratory, lymph and blood systems. Some of the symptoms can include: asthma, allergies, fatigue, mood swings, headaches and more. In this workshop we will learn how yoga helps maintain our respiratory health and bolster the vitality of all of the systems of the body.
