The lymphatic system is sometimes eclipsed in modern medicine. However, in the ancient wisdom traditions it can comprise up to one third of the entire health and wellness structure.
Seasonal change, stress and diet all can have effects on our lymphatic system. In winter, our lymphatic response can slow down as we stay inside and are physically less active. As a result, many people suffer from intercellular congestion of the lymph and blood systems. Some of the symptoms can include: fatigue, mood swings, depression, headaches, weight gain and more. In this workshop we will learn how yoga helps maintain our natural immunity and bolster our acquired immune resilience.
