Join us and Welcome Spring with Pranayama and a Sound Bath!


Dora will lead us through a pranayama practice that encourages the body and mind to rest and focus on relaxation. Regulation of life force through the breath helps with vitality, stress management and deep restoration. The resulting calm internalization will enhance your life and yoga practice. No previous pranayama experience needed. 


Michelle Bui is a holistic wellness facilitator specializing in sound bath meditations. Michelle’s sound baths often begin with light yogic breathwork to help the mind and body enter the first stages of intentional pause. To help slow down the brain waves and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, various instruments including gongs, chimes, and drums are sequenced around crystal singing bowls to create a sonic journey. Harmonic and dissonant sounds become a unique experience for each participant as they move through different sensations and emotions.
